Here are some of the answers to our most frequently asked questions about our bark products and delivery services.
Standard delivery to most postcodes is included in the price however, we do have to charge a small surcharge to some postcodes. When at the checkout, you will have to enter your postcode before any payment can be made, at this point all delivery options and charges will be displayed.
We dispatch orders on standard working days only (Monday to Friday) and our order cut off point is 1pm each day. (Orders placed after 1pm or on a non working day will be dispacthed on the following working day.)
If you choose Next Working Day delivery: Your bark order will delivered next day (if you placed your order before 1pm).
Standard Delivery option will take between 3 - 4 working days.
Please Note: Some of our Pine Bark products can take upto two working days on the next day service and up to 5 working days on our standard delivery service. There willl be a notice on the product page if this is the case.
Our Bark is all natural and is not treated with any chemicals!
For the majoirty of our deliveries, we use an 18 tonne curtain sided vehicle. This is quite a large vehicle and in some cases, we have to request a smaller vehicle, whether it be a 7.5 tonner or even a 12 tonne vehicle (same size, can hold different amount of weight).
We can request a smaller vehicle for you, if we're made aware of access restrictions. However, we can't guarantee a smaller vehicle!
Generally we can't deliver onto incline, due to using a Manual Pallet Trolley which doesn't have brakes, therefore, delivering onto an incline can cause problems.
If you ring our Customer Service team, we can pass the postcode to the Hauliers and they can tell us if they will deliver there. This way we can save you time and money!
We deliver using a Taillift at the rear of the vehicle. Once we lower the goods down from the taillift, we then use a Manual Pallet Trolley to move the goods. For this reason, we would need a flat hard standanding surface to deliver to.
It is always best to have someone, so they can sign for the goods. Also, if the delivery might be difficult, please have someone available for delivery to help the delivery driver if needed!
Our Delivery service is Kerbside only - However, if the driver assigned to your delivery, deems it safer to leave onto your driveway, he/she will do so.
As we use a Manual Pallet Trolley so the wheels can sink into Gravel, Grass or Stones. Therefore, we will deliver to kerbside when we can, as that is our normal delivery service.

A Cancellation Fee may apply once the shipping notification has been sent.
Re-Delivery fees are entirely dependant on the delivery postcode and amount of pallets. If you need to get an item re-delivered, either e-mail or call our Customer Service team.

For any delivery service, the cut off point for that working day is 1pm. Any orders placed after that, will be processed the following day!
